How Our Porter Service Works
For Arrivals
- Meet and greet inside the terminal: Your porter waits by the baggage carousel after passport control, wearing a high-visibility jacket with “Porter” printed on the back (no name board).
- Professional luggage handling: They lift and remove your baggage from the carousel so you do not need to handle heavy cases.
- Escort to your onward transport: Your luggage is taken directly to your private car, taxi, hotel driver or train meeting point.
For Departures
- Kerbside welcome: When your vehicle reaches the terminal forecourt, your porter is already waiting to collect the luggage.
- Smooth check-in support: The porter takes your bags from the vehicle and transports them all the way to the airline check-in desk.
- Walk through hands free: You enter the terminal relaxed, without pushing trolleys or carrying heavy items.

How many suitcases can one porter handle?
One porter can assist with a maximum of 8 suitcases. If you have more than 8 bags, our system will automatically allocate additional porters to ensure smooth service.
Where will I meet the porter for arrivals?
For arrivals, the porter will wait inside the terminal, after passport control, by the baggage carousel. They wear a high-visibility jacket with “Porter” printed on the back. Please note, they do not hold a name board; look for the orange/yellow jacket.
Can I book a porter for departures?
Yes. For departures, the porter will meet you at the terminal forecourt (kerbside) when your vehicle arrives. They will assist with unloading your luggage and transporting it all the way to the airline check-in desk.
How much does the Heathrow porter service cost?
Heathrow porter service starts from £79.00. This covers one porter who can assist with up to 8 pieces of luggage. If you have more bags, our system will automatically calculate if additional porters are required.
Is porter service available for cruise ports?
Yes, we provide porter assistance at major UK cruise ports including Southampton, Portsmouth, and Dover to help transfer luggage between the ship and your vehicle.
Which airports offer porter service?
Dedicated porter assistance is available at all Heathrow terminals (T2, T3, T4, T5). We can also arrange porter services at Gatwick, Luton, and Stansted upon request.
