How Our Porter Service Works
For Arrivals
- Meet and greet inside the terminal: Your porter waits by the baggage carousel after passport control, wearing a high-visibility jacket with “Porter” printed on the back (no name board).
- Professional luggage handling: They lift and remove your baggage from the carousel so you do not need to handle heavy cases.
- Escort to your onward transport: Your luggage is taken directly to your private car, taxi, hotel driver or train meeting point.
For Departures
- Kerbside welcome: When your vehicle reaches the terminal forecourt, your porter is already waiting to collect the luggage.
- Smooth check-in support: The porter takes your bags from the vehicle and transports them all the way to the airline check-in desk.
- Walk through hands free: You enter the terminal relaxed, without pushing trolleys or carrying heavy items.
