Terminal 2
International arrivals: In front of WHSmith, by the arrivals gate.
Domestic arrivals: In front of Caffè Nero, by the domestic arrivals gate.
- 1Clear passport control & collect your bags Pass through immigration and pick up your luggage.
- 2Exit customs into the arrivals hall, then bear right Keep to your right as you come out.
- 3Go to WHSmith by the arrivals gate Your driver is waiting there holding a name board with your name.

Terminal 3
In front of WHSmith, by the arrivals gate.

Terminal 4
Terminal 4 car park is closed for construction, so pickups have moved outside to the App & Private Hire Pick-Up area (Zone 1), across the road from arrivals.
- 1Clear passport control & collect your bags
- 2Exit into the arrivals hall and head outside Follow the yellow "App & Private Hire Pick-Up" signs.
- 3Call your driver They'll be about 4–5 minutes away and will start driving to the pickup point as soon as you call.
- 4Keep following the yellow "App & Private Hire Pick-Up" signs Stay on the signed route out of the terminal.
- 5Cross the road and continue to Zone 1 Your driver will meet you at the App & Private Hire pick-up area (Zone 1).

International arrivals: Outside Pret A Manger, just opposite the International Arrivals gate.
Domestic arrivals: In front of the Domestic Arrivals gate.
